1. Terms Of Service:
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. Notification will be provided to you upon any modifications to these Terms, allowing you the opportunity to review them before continuing to use the Services. All changes are effective immediately upon publication and apply to all subsequent access and use of the Services. By continuing to use the Services following the posting of revised Terms, you indicate acceptance and agreement to the changes. It is expected that you check this page each time you access the Services to stay informed about any modifications, as they are binding upon you. Furthermore, you agree to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes.
2. Using Our Services: When purchasing an item, you agree that:
1. You are responsible for thoroughly reading the full item listing before committing to buy it.
2. Upon committing to buy and completing the checkout payment process, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.
3. Rights of Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your receipt without providing any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must communicate your cancellation before the 14-day period expires. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from our receipt of your cancellation notice, using the same payment method as your transaction.
4. Exception to the Right of Cancellation: You cannot cancel your order for the supply of content if delivery has commenced upon your request, acknowledging the forfeiture of your cancellation right.
5. Payment: Payment methods are specified on the website and will be made available to you at the time of placing your order. These methods include credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Any payment for an order must be cleared by HPAS before goods are dispatched. Failure to process your payment will result in order rejection, with notification on the website.
6. Returns & Refund Policy:Returns: Returns are subject to HPAS Returns and Refunds Policy. Indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have an additional 14 days after indicating your intent to return to arrange for the return or collection of your products. This option supplements your consumer rights regarding returning defective products. The serial number must remain intact. 7. Refunds: Upon receiving your goods, your refund will be processed, typically taking 5-7 days to reach your account. The refund process depends on your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the credit will be posted to your account. We will refund the full cost of the item(s), excluding delivery charges.
8. Shipping: Orders made before 3 pm Monday-Friday will be processed, dispatched, and delivered within 1-2 working days for free. Orders placed after these hours may take up to 4 working days. Deliveries are made to the specified delivery address at the time of order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for delayed or missing deliveries. However, we will provide replacements for missing deliveries caused by a 3rd party (e.g., courier) after a sufficient time has elapsed and with your assistance in subsequent investigations for compensation from said 3rd party. Presently, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom and do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses.
9. Limitation of Liability: Both the Customer and HPAS acknowledge and agree that HPAS will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential in profits, goods, or services. This is unless HPAS' actions or failures to act involve intentional misconduct, fraud, or a knowing violation of the law.
10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control. These acts include, without limitation, acts of God, war or terrorism, supply shortages, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunctions of computer facilities, loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties, or civil unrest. Despite this, in the event of such occurrences, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to fulfil its obligations herein.
