Disclaimer of Warranties:
HPAS Limited offers a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year. This warranty provides rights that are separate from those provided by consumer law, including, but not limited to, rights relating to non-conforming goods. Consequently, the warranty benefits are supplementary to, and not in place of, rights provided by consumer law.
HPAS warrants your product against technical faults. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period applicable in your jurisdiction.
What Isn’t Covered?
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:
1. Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorised repair, modification, or disassembly.
2. Improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product.
3. Use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by HPAS.
4. Lost parts that were originally supplied with the HPAS hardware product.
5. Non-HPAS branded devices, parts, or accessories, even if sold with the HPAS hardware product.
6. Non-HPAS third-party services that may be accessed or controlled with a Logitech hardware product.
7. Modifications/damage due to force majeure (storms, hail, fire, power outage, lightning, flooding, snow damage, avalanches, frost, earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, plagues of insects, other detrimental effects by animals, acts of war, etc.) or damage caused by third parties due to vandalism or theft.
8. Normal wear and tear.
This limited warranty, under any circumstances, does not cover the replacement of or reimbursement for any electronic device or personal property
that is not an HPAS product. Warranty claims will only be accepted if the products have been used according to their intended purpose and do not
exhibit any signs of excessive wear and tear or external damage not reconcilable with normal use. The serial number and/or type label must not be
damaged or removed, and proof of purchase must be provided.
What Happens When I Make a Warranty Claim?
Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be at HPAS’ sole discretion:
1. The replacement of the product or module with a functional product or module of the same type.
2. Repair of the defect.
Should the type of product no longer be produced at the time of the warranty claim, HPAS shall be permitted to supply another type of product (different size, shape, colour, and/or technical data).
THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN REPRESENT CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY HPAS PRODUCT BREACH OF WARRANTY.
